SINTESIS

Meta estudiar la relacin entre el funcionamiento sexual y no ha transpirado la satisfaccin con la pareja en la muestra sobre pacientes con cncer de mama. Material y no ha transpirado Mtodo estudio observacional efectuado en la muestra de mujeres con cncer sobre mama, ciruga conservadora y no ha transpirado mastectoma radical. Se aplic el ndice sobre la Funcin Sexual de la mujer desplazandolo hacia el pelo la Escala sobre Satisfaccin Marital. El anlisis de datos se realiz con el programa SPSS. Resultados se estudiaron 154 mujeres con cncer de mama, con media sobre perduracion de 50.6 aos; 49% sobre los casos (n = 76) con ciruga conservadora y 51% (n = 78) con mastectoma radical. La media en la escala total FSFI fue sobre 18.150. El mximo puntaje de la escala fue 36, lo que refleja que el funcionamiento sexual de la muestra fue pequeno. Conclusiones las resultados obtenidos muestran que hay un desnivel en el mbito sexual en mujeres sobre de mi?s grande permanencia asi como con mastectoma radical. Adems, las chicas con mayores niveles sobre satisfaccin en su relacin sobre pareja tuvieron superior ajuste sexual.
